mothers day prawn


today is mother's day.. i brought some nice prawns over back to my parents home and made this dish for them.
succulent prawn stir fried with garlic and dried chilli

So after soaking it in cold water, do you eat it cold with the garlic and dried chilli or do you re-fried it again just to warm it up? What's the process like?
